DOCMAIL: POSTCARDS online
PREVIEWING THE FINISHED POSTCARD
The next screen allows you to control the import parameters and map the fields. At this stage, scroll to the bottom and click "Next". The screen shown below gives you the address formatting options, based on the fields imported from your spreadsheet.
Hilight your preferred format and hit "Next". Remember: you need to make sure your addresses are fully correct - they all must have postcodes, street names and the correct building name or number, for example. Otherwise Royal Mail levy a surcharge making the postage cost more expensive than it could otherwise be. If you see a screen like the one below, you can easily go back and make corrections to ensure you minimise this surcharge!
Hit "Next" when you've sorted out all your addresses as best as you can. The following screen gives you some print and post options. "Select date" allows you to schedule your mailing in advance.
